About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bdtjt ("bdtjt", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bdtjt website, mobile platform, games, betting services, and all associated features and content (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

bdtjt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered users via the contact details on file. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. These Terms were last updated in January 2026 and supersede all previous versions.

1. Eligibility and Registration

1.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the bdtjt Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bdtjt strictly enforces its 21+ age policy and will request identity documentation during KYC verification.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of a third party or as a corporate entity.
• You must not already hold an existing bdtjt account. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated funds may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information. Any material misrepresentation may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
• You must not use the Platform if online gambling is prohibited or restricted in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your location.

1.2 Account Registration

When registering a bdtjt account, you are required to provide your registered mobile number, a secure password, and any additional information requested as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• Promptly notify bdtjt customer support if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Not allow any other person to use your account, accept wagers on your behalf, or conduct any transactions through your account.
• Update your account information promptly whenever it changes, particularly your mobile number and any payment method details.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

bdtjt accepts deposits via the following Bangladesh mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All deposits are credited in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) with no currency conversion fees. The following deposit conditions apply:

• The minimum single deposit is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, however large deposits may be subject to enhanced KYC documentation requirements.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. bdtjt does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts.
• Deposits are credited to your bdtjt account balance instantly upon confirmed receipt. bdtjt is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider's own processing systems.
• bdtjt reserves the right to decline a deposit or request additional verification before crediting funds if the deposit appears unusual or inconsistent with your typical account activity.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your bdtjt account balance are processed to the same mobile financial service used for your most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed. Unverified accounts are not eligible to withdraw.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• bdtjt processes withdrawal requests within standard operating hours. Most withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are completed within minutes. bdtjt is not responsible for delays attributable to the receiving payment service provider.

5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the bdtjt Platform are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology with independently audited return-to-player (RTP) rates. bdtjt does not manipulate game outcomes. The result of every spin, hand, round, or bet is determined entirely by the underlying RNG system and, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the live dealer's actions as observed in real time. bdtjt accepts no responsibility for losses arising from variance in game outcomes, which is a natural and inherent feature of all games of chance.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdtjt Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit bonus structures, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or any third party to manipulate game outcomes, exploit promotional offers, or engage in any form of chip dumping in poker or table game variants.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or any other financial misconduct in connection with your bdtjt account.

5.3 Disputes and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system fault that affects the outcome of a game round, bdtjt reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake to the player's account. No claim for winnings arising from a malfunctioning game will be honoured. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or bet, the decision of bdtjt's management team is final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdtjt Platform, including but not limited to the site design, logo, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, code, and all associated intellectual property rights, is owned by or licensed to bdtjt. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of bdtjt.

The bdtjt name, logo, and all associated brand marks are the exclusive property of bdtjt. Unauthorised use of any bdtjt trademark, service mark, or brand identifier in any medium or context — including use in domain names, social media profiles, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

9. Amendments to These Terms

bdtjt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material amendments are made, bdtjt will provide reasonable notice to registered players by posting an update notification on the Platform or by contacting players via their registered mobile number. The amended Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notification, or immediately upon posting if no specific date is stated.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact bdtjt customer support to arrange the withdrawal of any remaining balance in your account.
